If he can afford a 6800GT why did he skimp so much on the PSU??
While there are worse ones out there (by far) this one isn't too good. Sure youll be able to run it, however, dont plan on adding too much to your system with that puny 12V rail. Additionally dont even think of using a Pentium on that system. Furthermore, aspire is mainly known for flashy acrylic cases and what not. Their PSU's while not bad are not too good, voltages are going to be all over the place especially under load.
It should run it fine; probably not the best for your components; I would definitely look at the Antec Truepower 2.0s, the Seasonic series, OCZ, fortron, Enermax (Whisper and Noisetaker only), if your wallet needs emptying ZIppy and PCP&C are the best there is.
