Im wondering if my psu will still run my computer when i purchase my new motherboard and my cpu

The system will look like

AMD Athlon64 3000+ 1.8G 1600/512/S754
Gigabyte S754 GA-K8NS Pro NF3-250 AGP/DDR
Geforce4 ti 4200 128mb tv-out
512 pc2700 ram
80 gig WD 7200 rpm
2 fans

And the PSU is a 300watts one.

EDIT: Oh and i do not plan on overclocking.

Probably not.

A 300W Antec, Enermax, etc. would do the job. Not a 300W No-Name.

Get a quality PSU. 400W Fortron Source for only $50 or something now 🙂

Id say give it a try...it may be enough. If you experience any instability or other problems just replace it, there are plenty of decent upgrade units for under $100.

ahhh =(, i might as well get a

Raidmax 370W Power Supply $40.00
350W POWER ATX P4 SPARKLE 7498 $50.47
400W POWER ATX P4 ANTEC SL400 12306 $87.55

I really dont wanna spend a lot of money on the PSU :/

Edit: if i try with the 310w one, and its not stable, could it fry something or do some damage to the cpu/mobo/and such..
