will this psu be able to power my new comp?

i was wondering if the psu from the bqe would be able to power all of this in my new comp...and if it cant i was wondering if the sonata psu could do it as im really looking at those two cases right now

here are the componants
amd athlon 64 3000+ 2 ghz
msi neoplatinum
120-200gb seagate or samsung sata or uata hard drive(whatever best deal i can find)
nec 2510a dvd burner
some generic cd drive from best buy
6800non ultra or 6800gt(if i can find a good deal on gt ill buy it)
sound blaster live
sony floppy drive
512 or 1 gig(2x512) mushkin or other value ram

im leaning towards getting the bqe but i dont want to have to buy a seperate power supply i want a case that comes with a good one...im sort of new to building comps so im not sure how to find out what size psu i need for all this....and mayb a little room for upgrading...not too much tho

Antec makes great PSUs. I think you'll be alright with the BQE.

I'm waiting for my 480w Antec to come back from being RMA'd. So, in the mean time I've got a 350w Antec powering all this. It seems to be working fine so far.

Antec are the best PSU on the market IMO, get the 480W Neo

all those components won't use more than 300w
