Looking at this FSP 400W

2GB SuperTalent DDR2 5400
2 - Seagate 80GB HDD SATA2
2 - Seagate 500GB SATA2 HDD
Lite ON DVD
Video card (still looking) No gaming, this is photoshop system. Will be doing OC.

That will be fine if you get something like a 7300GT or a low end professional card.

It all depends on the video card that you get, but for what you have now, it's fine.

Thanks guys. Since this PC is going to eb used for photoshop, I only need a cheap video card. So far I am thinking about this one

uhh that power supply runs x1950p's all day long... its not an ordinary 400w supply... meaty. very meaty.
