dont waste your mony on win XP 64 yet, not enough stuff supports it fully, just run XP and dual boot XP64 if you want

i would definitly get a diferent PSU, at least something in the 400+w range, someting by sparkel, PPC&C OCZ, Seasonic, FSP

Definetly a better PSU. Tell us the rest of your specs(GPU, HDD, etc.) That PSU has only 16a on the 12v rail and only has 350 watts.

I know the video card is not so great, but im gonna be doing very light gaming and I dont like spending over 200$ on video cards, im not that crazy for video cards nway.

and the hard drive, im just gonna use an old one laying around.

And most of the stuff I already bought I just looking for a good case, psu, and heatsink.

Greatly appreciate your time and suggestions

your new motherboard supports sata2, so why not pick up a sata2 drive like the wd 160gb on newegg (like $80)

For PSU, something around 400watts will be fine, If you like the antec case you can get the sonata with a 400 antec psu for around 110 i belive. Thermaltake Sporano is a good case, two 120mm fans and very good looks. You can get that with a psu and get something like the antec smartpower2 sp-400 400 watt psu. great psu, dual 12v rails, modular cables, around $60 i belive. PM me if you need links.

because sata2 isn't worth it, especially if he has stuff lying around he can use for free
