I have a Sparkle 300 watt PS (Model - FSP300-60GT) that I got with my SuperMicro 750A server case about a year and a half ago, and I am thinking of getting a P4 (I've been using an Athlon T-Bird 1.4). On Monarch's site it says the power supply is compatible with all P3 and P4 procs, but other than that I can find no documentation supporting it.

Here's the link to the page my PS is on. It is under "ATX Rev 2.01" near the bottom of the page -

Sparkle

Here is what I would be running on it -

P4 2.4B
MSI 845 max-L mobo
SB Live MP3
GF3 Ti500
16x DVD-ROM
24X Plextor Burner
Floppy
30 Maxtor 7200 RPM HD

it'll work but the 60GT is one of their older models. If I had a choice i'd get the 60ATVS instead.

I used to have one of those, but I can't remember if it has the extra plugs or not.

The Epox 4G4A+ doesn't require the additional power supply leads, you might try one of those motherboards.
