Will this power supply be enough?

Okay... so I just ordered a bunch of new parts.. and my power supply is

Power Supply:BFG 450 watt LS-Series

And here are all the parts I am getting..

Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz Quad-Core
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H AM3 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 4890 1GB
RAM: 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

I went through a bunch of different Power Supply calculators on the web, and they all said that this setup would only require around 300 watts... which seemed a little weird to me. So, I just want to make sure before I get all of my equipment and blow out my power supply again.. (It happened before, and killed the new equipment I bought :(, so I am being really careful this time)

Oh also.. I am using one DVD-rom drive.. One CD-Read/Write drive.. and one regular SATA hard drive (160 gb)

The PSU should be enough, but it only has one PCIe connector. That card needs two, correct?

Well, I haven't noticed that until now.. but if I use an adapter that switches a four pin molex power connector into a PCIe connector.. here it is right here

I'm wondering if you think that will work? Or, is there even any connector in my psu that will work with that adapter?

Use one that adapts TWO Molex into ONE PCIe. Not one to one.

The graphics card didn't come with one?
