will this Mushkin RAM work on the A8N-SLI Deluxe?

Outpost (and I think Fry's retail is having a special on this RAM, I need to double check at the store).

Will it work ok w/the A8N-SLI Deluxe? I plan to get 2 of them (but will have to get one of the rebates sent somewhere else). I'm planning to get the mobo pretty soon.

Should be fine, I honestly haven't seen PC3200 memories of any kind reported not to work on this board. You could check Asus's QVL on their website

Just wondering, but why don't you get the A8N-SLI Premium? It's a better board than the Deluxe (OC's alot better, has silent passive NB cooling solution, no EZ Selector card, etc). It's only like $20 more now.
