Will this motherboard run this memory ?

Hey guys
im in a dilemma between two different motherboards, ECS A770M and ECS GF8200A

GF8200A - http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16813135085

The A770M requires DDR2 800, while the GF8 requires DDR21066.
The memory i want is The Geil 2GB dual channel kit

or

Which ram is better btw ?

the question is, Can this memory work on the GF8 ?
The system im building consists of

AMD Athlong 64 X2 4200+
Nvidia Geforce 8800GT
2GB Ram
Raidmax Ares case
250GB Samsung HDD
Samsung DVD-RW

-Either A770M or GF8200A ( want the GF more !)

IIRC, that only lists the maximum speed it officially supports, so both motherboards will run the DDR2-800 memory, but the A770 might not run well with anything faster.

yeah A770 probably wouldnt.

it should support slower memory, and can support up to 1066
