Will this motherboard fit in this case?

I am planning on getting a MSI K7T Pro2 board, and have an InWin S500 case. I currently have a BAT board mounted in this case, and at some points the board makes contact with the case and is causing problems, has anyone with this case had any mouting problems with an ATX motherboard?
