My mobo, (ASUS P5AD2 Premum) carries the Intel 925X (NOT 925XE) chipset and a native memory speed of 600MHz. Will PC2-6400 (800MHz) memory work at rated speeds (800MHz with specified timings) with my mobo even though 800MHz it's not its native speed?

My mobo can provide the specified voltages, that won't be an issue.

I know that with in DDR 1 mobos you can use memory of higher bandwidth than the native 400MHz of the mobo, but is this the same for DDR2?
