Yes it'll fit, though the case is missing the spot for two screw standoffs that are found on mATX boards. I've still got a bunch of the plastic standoffs that were used in the baby-AT days that work great holding boards away from the case when there are no places for the screws. Or sometimes cases will come with rubber bumbers with a sticky side you can stick onto the case and it will hold the motherboard up away from the case.

EDIT - actually it looks like they're there, just obstructed from view by other cables in the picture.
