Will This Laptop Run This Game?

We are wanting to get a laptop for my wife, but we do not have alot of money. She wants to be able to play her games, but I am unsure if we would be able to play with this laptop, and if it will play, how well do you think it would play? Thanks! (cant upgrade the video card any, but I will probably upgrade the ram to 1 gig)

You really need to make that RAM upgrade. Vista with 512 RAM is not your friend.
