I have a stock Intel Q9650 HSF (LGA775). Will it work for a Pentium E2160 CPU/mobo?

I'm assuming yes, given both CPUs are LGA775...
 
It will work just fine.

More than fine actually since those quads had a better cooler than the Pentiums E, if i recall correctly 🙂
