ok my case is a chieftec aluminum "looks exactly likc an antec 1030. my question is the PSU if i put rubber pads under it" were it rest on the case will that help stop vib. sound or am i just wasting time? as of now I only have four pan l1 fans one front, 2 on psu, and one on slk800 and its still louder than i want.
 
If the PSU is not screwed in properly and is vibrating then it might, but most likely it will not be noticable. If the PSU is properly screwed in, then this would likely make no noticable difference with the panaflos running. What PSU are you running?
