Will this heatsink make the difference?

I have a XP2400+ and it will run at 200x11 instead of 133x15. Only problem is my Volcano 9 can't keep up its end. I can get a deal on a new SLK947U. Do you think this heatsink will let me run 200x11. Temps with the Volcano are high so its at default clock speeds till I get new heatsink
 
What motherboard do you have? About half of the nForce2 boards can't handle a 947u, because it has to be mounted to the board thru the board. Does your board have the 4 mounting holes? If not, the SLK900a doesn't need the holes, and cools just as well.

edit: BTW, the SLK900a is also made by Thermalright.
