will this heatsink fit my cpu?

i am thinking of getting the Thermalright XP-90, as it seems to score well & isn't huge & is priced moderately, yet i notice on their website it says for socket 939 3200+ processors...I have a Venice core 3000+...will it fit this processor...several other heatsinks I've looked at have said they are for Athlon 64 4000+ procs...will these fit for that matter? if not I would welcome suggestions on heatsinks that will fit a 3000+ (even tho my stock cooled seems to be doing a fantastic job...NVmonitor reports an idle temp of around 36C-38C & have never seen it over 52C at load & im running at HTT 270 (sorry if that is incorrectly worded) around 2500 speeds...

I'm thinking of picking one up as well but I heard of peple having to remove the bracket on the mobo and use the one that the XP-90 provides

but then why wouldnt they list the heatsink as working for "all 9393 CPUs" or some such thing? why do they list specific speeds (i.e. "athlon 64 3200+ & up") it makes me wonder if there's not some subtle difference in sizing or something on under-3200 speed cores...just seems odd

It means the HSF is pure awesome. There's no difference in size at all.

As for the RM, yes you need to replace the rack mount. No biggie though, provided that you have the appropriate backplate for it and don't have to spend days hunting one down. (don't ask)
