Will this Hard Drive work with my Dell Server?

I am looking at installing a new hard drive in my Dell server. The hard drive needs to fit in the swap tray that is in the front. My current hard drives are Seagates but I found the fujitsu to be cheaper for a 15k RPM 34gig HD.

Would this Fujitsu MAX3036NC 36.7GB 15,000 RPM SCSI Ultra320 80pin Hard Drive fit into the front of my Dell server?

Basically I just want to know if other brand hard drives will fit into the dell as long as it matches the specs of the originals.
