I have Gigabyte GZ-G1 Plus case, and I want to know if Sapphire 7950 Boost willfit.

The bits hitting the 290mm mark will probably sitting inside the hard drive rack. However, you can probably sand down the plastic shroud at the end of the card with a little sandpaper if needed. Or you could just go with a different card.

I checked the distance with a scale, and it seems to be just a bit more than 290mm.

Yea I know it's steep, but after you're picking up the the scale the distance is the same.
Pay attention that I checked the distance from the HOLES of the screws and not from the end of the case.
What do you think? Is it still marginal and I can take the 7950 safely?
