Sure, you just wont get any variable refresh rate.

You can manually set it to use 75Hz it just wont automatically match your refresh rate to your framerate like an AMD card would (or an Nvidia card would do with a G-sync monitor).

It will work fine... if it was 120hz+ I would even argue it doesn't matter that much if it was FreeSync instead of GSync as long as the card can keep up with the resolution.
