I need to buy a better heatsink... will this fit my mobo. Below is the heatsink I was going to buy and my mobo.

I heard that this heatsink is huge and doesn't always fit. I do have a big case so I'm not too worried about that; however, I still have to double check that too. Anyone have any idea, please let me know!
 
Yes it will fit easily. It's really not all that big compared to some other coolers, and usually fits pretty easily
 
yea to emphasize how much space this board has, i have enough space on the board to mount push/pull 25mm fans on a megahalems without blocking the ram, chipset/mosfet coolers, or access to the 8 pin CPU power, or any of the fan headers. pics upon request (since i still havent taken any lmao)
