Will this fit in an Antec Overture?

Just bought a used Athlon XP 2000+ Tbred with a Zalman CNPS6000-AlCu cooler already attached. I want to put this in an Antec Overture case, but I don't think it will fit. The case has not been bought yet, so you all believe it wouldn't fit I'll have to decide whether to buy a different case or a get a different cooler.

I'd get some other HTPC case... Antec is discontinuing the Overture. Couldn't get it right even after three revisions-- Runs hot, uses a non-standard PSU, noisy. There are definitely better-value HTPC cases out there.

What he said. I have that case and every thing he said about it is true. I am looking at some ways to mod it to make it cooler and quieter.
