Oregon Man Accused of Getting Semen on Unsuspecting Target Shopper

OREGON CITY, Ore. ? A man accused of getting semen on a Target customer while masturbating has surrendered to Clackamas County authorities.

Detective Jim Strovink says deputies got an anonymous tip and were already searching for Ricardo Faulk when the 25-year-old from Gladstone turned himself in at the county jail Tuesday.

Strovink says the semen hit a woman shopping with her 3-year-old child at a store in Clackamas on Saturday.

Police planned to cite Faulk for misdemeanor harassment and then release him from custody. He was scheduled to appear in court April 9.

Strovink says if Faulk is convicted, court officials might have him undergo testing to determine if he carries any infectious diseases.

The sex offender registry isn't necessarily for life. For some offenses it is only 10 years.
