Hi, I'm kind of retarded when it comes to computers.

I just bought the following MB/CPU combo:
MICRO ATX SOCKET A MOTHERBOARD M825LU PC Chips M825LU Motherboard
Duron Processor, 1.6 GHz, 64K Cashe, 266 FSB

Would the following power supply work with it?
Acortech MicroAtx Power Supply

It's only $16 shipped with a coupon and it's small (fits in my custom case)

It says it is compatible with AMD XP, however this is an AMD Duron.
Any difference with connections and compatibility?
Thanks all for your help.

BTW, Here is the auction I one for the combo:

Should fit fine, BUT BEWARE of cheap power supplies, and also BEWARE of low wattage psu's.

In general - you are wasting money and time by getting a cheap psu, and especially one that is of low power.
Maybe look for 350w, and expect to pay in the region of $90.

PSU's do not just convert the power to your computer from the outlet.
They also are on the frontline if there is a surge. If you get a cheapie, then expect some problems [great if you don't get them, but expect them anyway] if there is a mini surge - could take out some hardware - ie mobo/cpu/RAM

If you get a 'good' one, then a mini surge will go unnoticed by you.

PcChips manual says Duron processor up to 1.2GHz (Morgan[mustang] core)
Duron 1.6GHz (needs PCB Rev v3.1, v5.2C, 7.2A and Bios upgrade)

PSU is Slim-Line, used in Slim-line case.
Will not bolt to Mini, Midsize, Mid-Tower, Full-Tower, Desktop case.

10A on the +12V is going to be pushed to the MAX even with a Duron processor.

Spend a little extra and purchase a better grade if your budget allows it.
Look for a PSU with atleast a 20A rating on the +12V rail.
