Will this CPU/Mobo combo be enough?

Long story short I need to build a cheap HTPC - preferably as cheap as possible. Today I saw Frys had this combo on sale for $80 after MIR:

CPU A5-5300
Mobo MSI FM2-A75MA-E35

All I need it to do is stream music and movies, including 1080P, from my server. For reference a E6400 and AMD 4350 was doing the job fine. Will this setup work?

Depends on the level of compression and the codecs used, but even a slower computer than that should be able to handle most codecs with problem. I am using an EEE box (intel atom 1.6ghz single core) with nvidia ion and I have no problems with 720p. 1080p hiccups depending on the compression format.
