Will this CPU cooler work on s754 or s939?

At the link above there is a cooler which lists as for P4, but it can be mounted directly to the motherboard. Does that generally mean it can be used for the athlon socket processors as well? I know there are some out there that can be used for both, but I have not used the prevously.

Additionally, I have found that the box reads that it supports Intel P4 up to 3.06 GHz and all Athlon XP CPUs. Would this information lend itself to whether or not it will fit? I would assume again that it will since it would be cross platform between those two, just the mounting bracket on the motherboard will need to be removed.

What are you looking for? what processor is it going to cool? how much $$$ you going to spend?

The thing is that I am putting a budget HTPC together for a friend, and I am ordering that kit, as it costs $20 and the PSU is worth that alone. The other items are basically freebies. If the cooler will work, then its a bonus.

It will cool a cheapie 3100+ Socket 754 Palermo Sempron. It is supposedly quiet and the Sempron does not put out much heat, so the only question would be whether it would fit or not. The Sempron will not be running any extra voltage.
