I've got some questions, Will theese parts fit in a Antec P180B ?, Is it good idea to replace stock fans ?, Any seggestions for imorive cooling on Antec P180B ?. Thanks All.

I would suggest that you get 5 Yale Loon 120mm for the case and use a Scythe Ninja to cool your CPU.

What's the 80 for?

the thermalright ultra 120 performans slightly better than the ninja.
it should fit.The ultra 120 might be tight(need not be,i'm not really sure)
And whats the 80mm fan for.The ultra 120 can only be used with a 120mm fan.
