Will this combo work for i7 920?

I just want to confirm that this combo will work with each other. I went to Gigabyte's site, but there was no info on the compatibility of this particular memory. I don't plan to overclock.

Looks good to me. I don't think you will have problems with the RAM in either board. If you want look into this GSkill ram it is not on the memory support list on Gigabytes site but I don't think it will have any problems. They have some very simmilar GSkill ram on their anyway.
