Will this case work for this motherboard?

Do NOT get a generic PSU. It may be cheaper initially, but you'll pay dearly if it blows up and takes hardware with it.

I wouldn't go with much less than an Antec Sonata ($100; includes an Antec True380 PSU, which will be far better than a 500W generic).

Regardless if its generic or not, will the thing work with that board? Or do these new boards require some new type ? 😛
 
If it's an ATX compatible board (like virtually everything these days), it will work in an ATX case. Regular ATX cases usually have holes for microATX boards (like yours) as well.

Ah, great! I heard something about 24 pins, 20 pins or something similar to that and was worried I couldn't use a normal psu with it. 🙂
