This will be my first build. But ive helped a friend do smaller projects. I want to run this by people to make sure its the right thing to do before i spend the money on this build. All hardware suggestions are welcome. And advice on how to set it up in bios or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Also, give me warnings i need to know about voltage and stuff.
This is it.

Corsair Obsidian 800D
Thermaltake 1500W power supply
Asus Rampage iv Extreme
I7-3960x extreme
G skill ripjaws z 64gb ddr3-2400
2 EVGA geforce gtx 690s
OCZ Vertex 4 512gb SSD
Western Digital VelociRaptor 10,000rpm HDD
Swiftech Pump, Resevoir, Coolant and Radiator
Swiftech CPU water block
EVGA hydro copper gtx690 water block
Blitspower Galaxy RAM water blocks

From the video cards I'm assuming this is a gaming build. You're overspending in a lot of places here, especially if your monitor is 1920x1080 or less. For example, that $1000 CPU is giving you almost no tangible benefit in most gaming situations over a $250 CPU. If the computer also needs to perform other tasks that are heavily multi-threaded, that could be different. (Although I would still argue that there are much more cost-effective options for 99% of users.)

My suggestion would be to post your thread in the General Hardware section. That's where most build advice requests go, and there's a good team of regular members there who give very savvy feedback. Not all of them read this section of the board very closely (or at all).

Make sure when you post your thread over there to answer the questions in the stickied thread by Blain.

Agree with DSF, post a thread in GH along with answers to the sticky.

What kind of radiator? 4 GPUs and a big CPU is a lot of heat. Fitting enough radiator for that kind of hardware will be very challenging in the 800D. You'd have to go external or mod the case quite a bit.

Cooling aside, you really should re-consider Quad SLI. Stick to normal SLI, dual 670s or 680s is enough for 99% of gaming applications. Also your CPU is truly overkill for gaming. You'd be better off with something like a 3570k. Go consult with the folks over in General Hardware.

Good luck
