Will this be okay?

I am getting an 1800XP Thoroughbred and am planning on overclocking it. I am getting an SLK-800 for a heatsink. I am wondering if a Vantec Stealth 80mm fan will be enough on it. It moves 27cfm and is only 20db. Or is there another fan that I should get that is better?

That fan will be fine. A panaflo L1A would prob be just as good and even quieter.
