Yeah, it should be. The GTX580 consumes less power than the 480 under full load, so you should be okay.

I think the original price was at 269.99, but it's on "Bargain Blowout Sale" from Newegg for 134.99, add in the bonus code is 121.49. My Original plan was to get Corsiar 1200AX PSU; that sucker is SWEET, fully modular cables, gold. The problem is the coil whine issue i see on reviews and even Youtube videos. so...i hope getting this won't be too bad. For 121 bucks, i call it good.

Actually, in a review (I think it was Guru3D.) I saw that even though the rated TDP is lower than a 480 the actual power consumption was higher. (of course this could just be within normal variance.)
