Will this 20 pin Power Supply work?

I just purchased a MSI 975 motherboard to use with a E6300. The motherboard uses a 24 pin connector. My antec 430w Truepower only has a 20 pin connector. Do I have to buy a new PSU?

I just used an old school 20pin ATX 200w PSU to power my A8N32 with an Athlon 4400 in it so I don't see why not. I also powered my A8N-SLI DLX with my Antec 20pin PSU.

The +4 pin connector does not seem to fit into the 24 pin connector that is on the MB. It does plug into the smaller 8 pin ATX 12V power though.
