Question Will they replace my non working motherboard(covered in warrenty) with a new one or used one in RMA

I've ASUS rog strix b350-f gaming motherboard which was only used for 5 months and I've sent my motherboard for RMA and they replace me with a old used motherboard came without any package and accessories even CPU back plate I've still have around 2 years of warranty with that motherboard. My question is will they replace old used motherboard without motherboard without any package and accessories not even a box just the motherboard or am I deceived my ASUS , am I suppose to get a new one with package? Please explain.

Yeah, that's been my understanding recently. Shame. Don't know if & when they ever did replace w/new.
