Will they deliver?

UPS tracking is showing me that the package has arrived today in my local station but the schedule delivery date on the tracking says 5/30. Will they deliver one day early if it has arrived in the local station?

Not likely, unless it currently shows as out for delivery you won't get it today.

FedEx normally will deliver it early. UPS will keep the thing as long as they can. I've had packages sit for days and they wouldn't let me pick it up until a delivery attempt was made...

they damn well better update their tracking. I don't scan 7100 packages in 3 days to not have them updated. if its there, i don't see why they wouldn't send it out. hope you get it!

I had a package that had the status messages of, out for delivery, package not due for delivery (then the next day) out for delivery and either delivered or not home

In that order, it was put on the truck and it wasn't given to me on purpose becuase they noticed the date that was on the package, I've actually had that type of service from both fedex and ups alike.

I had a really weird tracking thing once. Said "out for delivery" two days in a row and some other weird thing about "missed in truck" or something. It was finally delivered at 7:45 pm by someone using his personal car. It was strange.

Nope, they will sit and sit and sit until it's delivery date.
There is no reason for them to send it to you earlier because then it makes no sense to pay more for faster shipping.

The tracking says "scheduled delivery date: May 30, 2003"

on the update it says, "Arrived in local station"

It's late and still not here.

What time is the cutoff delivery time for UPS?

UPS is always on schedule I remember.
