I am going to buy a 7900gt for my computer and in the details for the video card, i need a PCI Express compliant system power supply (with 12V current rating of 20A or more)

That PSU is just another L&C junk box hiding under a new label. It may be sly, but no way it's SLI ready - nor is it PCIe ready either with only 18A on the +12 rail.
