Will these work together?

I currently have a Dell S2409W and an EMPREX LE22A3 and I'm looking to get a third monitor for eyefinity...I'm looking at the Dell U2312HM IPS.

Will these work well together in an eyefinity setup? I'm Mostly going to use it to play BF3 and for multi Monitor Office work.

I'm also looking at this one:
Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24-inch Widescreen for $299. the 23" is $229 until tomorrow.

mixing different sizes and panel types would probably look pretty crappy for eyefinity.

so if i go with the 24" , 24", 22" What will happen? WIll it change the total resolution? cut the top and bottom?
