Will these ODBII codes pass emissions?

Going to re-register my sons car that laid up for a couple years.

Want to pass emissions (new battery 6 months ago):

Is this this a pass, failure, or not enough data?

Well, it's not throwing a code, so... probably?

Depends on your states emission test requirements. You have 2 Monitors that are incomplete, including 1 for the catalytic converter. Now this could be simply that someone recently cleared the codes and the readiness monitors have not yet reset. Usually a drive of about 30 miles or what is known as a "drive cycle" (each manufacturer has their own ste of things to do) will reset the monitors. Also be sure the car is fully warmed up before the test.

This link will tell you how OBDII Emission testing is usually done. Most times for a newer car only 1 Readiness Monitor can not be ready.
