Will these FSB's be a problem, and G33 vs G31 vs 630i?

Building a computer as a Christmas present for someone (non-gamer). I'm grabbing the ASUS P5K-VM G33 motherboard (1066 FSB standard), 1GB of DDR2 667, and a Dual-Core 2180 (800 FSB).

That should all work fine, right? I've been out of the loop with the newer chipsets, so I want to make sure it's all going to play nicely together.

The person has their heart set on Intel... otherwise I'd save a few extra dollars by going with an AMD board and processor. The system will not be overclocked at all, so I bit the bullet and went with the 2.0GHz Dual-Core, instead of the 1.8 or 1.6. Other than that, are there any motherboard-graphics-memory-processor combos that will save some cash and give the same reliability? I'm really looking for revered name-brands (Gigabyte, ASUS, etc.), or at least people that I KNOW won't give me a hard time if I have to replace something. Building computers is fun. Building for other people and being tech support for life isn't.

Thanks. :)

Hmmm... on second thought, maybe the G33 is overkill. This won't be overclocked AT ALL; it will be used mainly for internet, word processing, etc. Yeah, I know it's cheaper to go with a low-end Dell, but I already promised the person to build one, and I already have the case, PSU, etc.

Anyway.

I'm now looking into G31 and nVidia 630i (7100 onboard video) chipsets. Any experiences with those, or recommendations?

The Nvidia solution will have somewhat better IGP, but since gaming is not the intent then I'd go with the G31 because it uses dual channel RAM AFAIK. Heck, you can probably even get by on a 945G chipset board. ASRock makes a decent one at around $50 that is perfect for really low end rigs.
