Will these cards work with my PC?

I am thinking of getting one of the following cards:

eVGA 128-A8-N343-AX Geforce 6800 128MB 256-bit DDR
or
Leadtek A6600 GT TDH Geforce 6600GT 128MB 128-bit GDDR3

What things will I need to run these cards? (besides an AGP slot)

I have a 250W PS, AMD 64 bit processor, 512MB RAM (soon to be 1 gig). I am most worried about the power supply and the RAM.

Also, which card is better?

I don't know, it came stock w/ my PC. It says HIPRO on it. I'm not running any lights or anything extra, just the bare bones for a good PC.

i have hipro's in all 3 of my computers. i have two 250 watt ones and one 150 watt ones. the 250 stock in mine was replaced with a 430watt antec treupower with lo-noise fans, and it is very very stable as well as expensive (about 90 dollars). you definelty need a new psu and antecs are very nice. another 512 stick or pc3200 would surely be nice.

Will either of those cards work with a 250W?
