Will these cables do the same thing / give the same amount of power?

I have a SilverStone PSU with a single 12V rail.

The two blue connectors are for the PCIe 6-pin and 8-pin connectors.

The PSU comes with these PCIe power cables:

One 6/8-pin PCIe connector for each of blue PCIe connectors on the PSU.


I purchased SilverStone's "Short Cable Kit" and it came with this cable:

Two 6-pin PCIe connectors to one of the blue PCIe connectors on the PSU.


Since this is a single rail PSU, will using the single cable give my GTX670 the same amount of power and current as the two separate cables?
