Will there ever be a way to hide avatars again?

You used to be able to hide avatars in threads - will this ever be possible again?

If it requires a modification to the FuseTalk configuration, do not count on it.

Everytime a tweak is attempted, it seldom works and something else will also break.

We had 1 month initially of support after the change over and then Derek went AWOL. Things reverted back to their old self: forum needs/enhancements/corrections being ignored.

If you're using Firefox, it should be pretty easy to block everything from http://forums.anandtech.com/i/authorsicons/*
Dunno about any other browsers.

There is also a greasemonkey script that will do it posted in FI.
