One notable aspect of L4D is that we're looking at a maximum of 8-10 people per server.
This means there will have to be 2-3 times as many servers as your standard CS:S or TF2 server to meet the demands of the populous.
This is of course assuming the server role will be identical to those other Source engine games.
I wonder if we will actually begin to see a server crunch?
If you think about it the majority of servers are Joe blow and his one home server.
If Joe blow only runs one dedicated server 20 of the 30 people that would normally populate his server will have to find 2 additional servers to meet their needs.
Is my thinking logical?
