Will the Zalman CNPS9500 or 9700 work with an Asus P5B-E or a Gigabyte P965 DS3?

hey guys!
making the final selections on my motherboard and cooling for my rig! thinking of going with a zalman CNPS9500 or CNPS9700, and an Asus p5b-e or a gigabyte ds3. will either HSF work with either of these boards? will either HSF fit into a thermaltake tsunami? i'm thinking it will, but just wanna make sure. zalman's list of compatible mb's seems to be a bit dated as well. also, any thoughts/criticisms of my choices would be welcome as well!! thanks all!

sweet! gonna purchase me the asus then!! think i'm gonna go with the cnps9700 😀 anyone know about the case??
 
with the 9700 your going to have to remove the side fan...there will be less than an inch of clearance. Not sure about the 9500 though
