im building a system with the CHAINTECH "VNF3-250" any one know if this heatsing will fit? does the memory or AGPslot or anything interfere?

NVM i think the powersupply will get in the way? anyone have a good fair priced cooling solution for tight quaters? hight isnt an issue , i think the zalman 7000 will fit, any cheaper equivelent or better alternative? to the 7000

CNPS7700: No motherboard components with a height greater than 39mm, as well as the PSU, disk drives, VGA card, and RAM should be present within a 68mm radius from the center of the CPU.

If you are prepared to use a PCI video card, yes.

The 7700 will interfere with an AGP vid card in the MSI K8N Neo2.

That heatsink is so huge it's getting ridiculous... Almost as stupid as the Intel BTX P4 heatsink. The Cu version of the 7700 weighs 975 grams-- That's almost one kilogram. 2.1 pounds. If your computer experiences any sort of significant shaking while being handled/transported, that heatsink is coming off and it will take a chunk of the motherboard with it.
