will the zalman 7000cu fit with a A7N8X, NFS-7, or DFI Lan Party 2? I have a antec Sonata

it fits the asus without any mods, but you have to trim the clip to fit the abit and the mounting bracket pushes the capacitors a bit, but you can always switch em around.

I measured out the spacing on my A7N8X and Sonata and I only have 52mm clearance from the PSU. Not the needed 55mm as stated on the Zalman website. So I took the safe road and got a Silent Boost.

I expected quieter. The Zalman may fit, but it would be a very close call.

the n7f-s can pretty much take any heatsink

from the looks of the heatsink, it will fit on the NF2 DFI LP. It will take an SLK-900A also. If you are definitely interested in knowing for sure, I will ask the labs to make sure =)
