Will the xp-120 with 120mm fan fit into my Antec SLK3700AMB....not much room!

I am going to be using the dfi Lanparty NF3 250gb mobo found here:

Here you can get a clear picture of the case with components installed. There isn't very much room between the mobo and psu so I am a little worreid an xp-120 and 120mm fan won't fit!
