Obviously the X38s came out after this:

ABIT IP35-E LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16813127031

but I was wondering if a 8400 or e3XXx (can't remember name) would work with that board. If it can be achieved with flashing bios I'm still interested. Also, if I were to flash/it'll work in the beginning, would the performance be hurt by this. Would I be better off with a q6600?

Thanks

The IP-35E supports the new cpus with a BIOS flash, I think. Why dont you look it up on abit's site?
