Would the Apple mighty mouse work on my PC as well as my MAC? and since they are both bluetooth is there a way I can set it to connect to both simultaneously and chose whichever computer I want to use it with? Thanks

I believe that with a BT devicesyou have to "bind" it to a certain computer to use it.

I'm not sure if this is applicable tothe wireless mouse or not. I have a pair of BT headphones that I paired with my laptop and phone. When I want to use it on my phone, i turn bt on and it connects. turn bt off on the phone and it pairs with my laptop. If i set it up under windows on my mac, it loses pairing to my phone. My mouse works on both windows and os x on the same computer when i thought that i would have to repair it each time. Maybe each manufacturer has a certain amount of memory slots that they give a device to store pairings. I honestly have no idea.

You can certainly use the MightyMouse on a Windows machine, or at least, I see no glaring reason why you couldn't however, you almost definitely could not have it connected to both at once.

Also, it is Mac not MAC

Might be worthwhile to check out; Synergy - http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/

Synergy lets you easily share a single mouse and keyboard between multiple computers with different operating systems, each with its own display, without special hardware. It's intended for users with multiple computers on their desk since each system uses its own monitor(s).

Redirecting the mouse and keyboard is as simple as moving the mouse off the edge of your screen. Synergy also merges the clipboards of all the systems into one, allowing cut-and-paste between systems. Furthermore, it synchronizes screen savers so they all start and stop together and, if screen locking is enabled, only one screen requires a password to unlock them all.
