Will the Ultra120 work with Conroe and AM2?

I've got a XP-120 now, but I'm thinking of getting an Ultra 120.

1. Does this thing work on the new AM2 clip?
2. How about Conore?
3. Is the Intel mounting clip changing for Conroe?
4. Will the XP-120 work with Conroe?

1. As long as it uses default K8 mounting, I don't see why it shouldn't.
2. If it fits LGA775, it will work with Conroe.
3. Don't think so.

Default K8 mounting?

IIRC, if the HSF clips onto the tabs instead of screwing into the mobo or w/e, it'll work with AM2.

http://www.legitreviews.com/news/2309/ According to this, the AM2 mounting for Ultra 120 will come late this month. Seems like it does NOT have the clips that the HR-01 does.
